(Q) What is ID Verification? |
|
(A) Buying an item from an ID Verified user lets users know they are dealing with a legitimate seller. ID Verification can be done in seconds through PayPal and also can be done using standard mail.
When using PayPal to become ID Verified, YOU MUST include the address and phone number with the payment that is in your Niteva account Details. Once you because ID Verified you will not be able to change this information for 30 days. |

(A) To register click on the "register" link found on both the header and footer navigation sections |

(Q) I'm under 16 and can't signup? |
|
(A) In accordance with standard law under 16's cannot participate in auctions as they are legal binding contracts |

Selling |

(Q) How can I list an item? |
|
(A) You must first be a registered member. Once you have registered simply login to your account and click on the "Sell" link. The first thing to do is select a general category for your item, note that you can choose a more specific category further into the listing process. You can then enter in your chosen settings and item description |

(Q) How can I keep track of items I'm selling? |
|
(A) You can keep an eye on everything you are selling by visiting your members area and selecting the "selling" page. |

(Q) Can I use HTML when listing an item? |
|
(A) Yes you can, however we recomend you use basic tags as complex HTML descriptions may not display correctly. |

(Q) What is Direct Pay? |
|
(A) Direct Pay creates a checkout form for users to use based on the payment methods you selected to allow Direct Pay on your listings. In your user control panel, click Details and you will see the fields for you to enter your account information to have these payments sent to. Please note that when using these systems, it is important for your items to be marked paid that you set the call back or payment notification information in your payment systems account settings. For instance for PayPal:
On the Details page on Niteva.com, scroll down to PAYMENT SYSTEMS
Enter your PayPal Email address in the box next to Paypal Email
You should note on the right hand side there is the following:
You then to login to your PayPal account and click Profile.
On the profile page click Instant Payment Notification Preferences. This system sends the details of the payment to our servers. No credit card information or passwords are sent with this information!
You will then have the option to turn on Instant Payment Notification and set the address for it to post to.
Once you have entered and saved that information you have successfully set up Direct Pay. |

(Q) How can I place a bid? |
|
(A) To place a bid on an item you must first login to your account. Once logged in a bidding box will be displayed at bottom of all auction pages. You can use this box to place you chosen bid |

(Q) Why can't I bid on an item? |
|
(A) Sellers have an option to restrict bidding to ID Verified users. If a seller has selected to only allow ID Verified users, you will not be able to purchase or bid on this item until you have become ID Verified. (A) Our auction system will automatically notify you via email if you are outbid. |

(Q) How do I Import My Ebay Feedback? |
|
(A)You can easily import your feed from popular auction sites by visiting the Feedback Forum in you Members area. Please note in order to import feedback from Ebay you will be required to put a line of text in your About Me page.
